Complaints
In case of complaints or suggestions regarding our products or services, please contact us per email. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 14 days. If you do not agree with our solution or if we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
i-Vignette NJ Vignette B.V. is an intermediary and applies for the vignette on your behalf and in your name. NJ Vignette B.V. charges a commission for this.
An agreement is concluded between you and the official authority of the relevant country that issues the vignette, with regard to the vignette requirement.
