This is how our service works

You can easily order digital vignettes on our website. You can choose from several destinations such as: Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary. Follow the steps below to order your product:

Select your e-vignette

Select on the application page, the vehicle you will use for travelling and enter the travel dates for which your vignettes must be valid. You can also enter your route, so we can calculate for you whether you also have to pay toll charges for certain sections.

Registering your vehicle

Here you enter the details of your vehicle: the country where the vehicle is registered and the registration number of the vehicle, for which the vignettes must be valid. You must also enter your name and email address, so we can send you the vignettes digitally.

Pay online and continue your journey immediately

Complete the payment on the page of our payment provider, Mollie. Here you can pay using the following payment methods:

We do not charge any additional costs for using the payment methods.

Finally you must agree with our general terms and conditions and the right of withdrawal, as well as the direct delivery of the vignettes.

Then you must make the payment and the intermediary agreement (our assignment to you to order the vignettes) will been concluded. We will then apply for the vignettes in your name and for your account at the relevant authority. A direct agreement will be concluded between you and the relevant vignette provider. They will send you the digital vignette directly by email.

Delivery

The products will be sent to you digitally by the provider of the relevant country. Except for the environmental sticker for Germany and France. These will be sent to you by post. The digital vignette is normally delivered within 1-2 hours by the relevant vignette provider.

The validity of the products will start from the dates you have selected.

Please note that once your vignette has been successfully registered by us, you may not be able to revoke it. You can read this here.
